Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all purchases from the Rinsu online shop, which is operated by the company shown under contact information ("we"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders and contract

The contract becomes binding once you have received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors or if the item cannot be delivered.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay by card and with the other payment methods shown at checkout, including Klarna.

Right to cancel and returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and in addition our 30-day return period. See returns and right to cancel.

Faulty goods

You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Contact us at info@nordretail.com if there is a problem with your item.
